利用沼氣提純天然氣，需作以下處理：

1、 水分去除：避免水分在設(shè)備氣體管路中聚焦，和硫化氫結(jié)合會(huì)產(chǎn)生腐蝕性的酸溶液，引起腐蝕。由上表的沼氣成分分析可知，利用沼氣生產(chǎn)天然氣，需作以下處理：
1. Moisture removal: Avoid focusing water in equipment gas pipeline, and hydrogen sulfide will produce corrosive acid solution, causing corrosion. According to the analysis of the biogas composition on the upper surface, the following treatment is needed for the production of natural gas from biogas:
2、 硫化氫去除：硫化氫具有毒性、腐蝕性，會(huì)腐蝕設(shè)備，且燃燒時(shí)生成二氧化硫造成污染，因此必須降低硫化氫濃度，直至滿足生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范對(duì)二氧化硫排放限值的要求。
2. Removal of hydrogen sulfide: hydrogen sulfide is toxic and corrosive, which will corrode equipment and cause pollution by sulfur dioxide generated during combustion. Therefore, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide must be reduced until it meets the requirements of production equipment and relevant national standards for sulfur dioxide emission limits.
3、 二氧化碳去除：提高沼氣的熱值。

沼氣提純制取天然氣，需采用脫硫、脫碳工藝，降低沼氣中的H2S和CO2含量，提高CH4含量，提純后的沼氣含CH490%以上，成分與天然氣近似，可以作為天然氣使用。此外，沼氣凈化制天然氣方式投資較小，且經(jīng)濟(jì)效益較好，值得被廣泛推廣使用。
