This process uses dry hydrated lime powder Ca (OH) 2 as the absorbent, sprays process mist water in the flue gas, humidifies and activates acidic substances in the flue gas. Through multiple cycles of dry powder absorbent, chemical reactions occur when it comes into strong contact with smoke pollutants in the absorption tower, prolonging the contact time between the absorbent and the flue gas, and achieving the purpose of desulfurization. Chemical reactions can effectively remove SO2, SO3, HF, and HCl from smoke. The desulfurization product is a free flowing dry powder mixture without secondary pollution, which can be more comprehensively utilized.

燃煤發電鍋爐、熱電聯產鍋爐、集中供熱鍋爐、垃圾焚燒鍋爐、燒結機、九段窯、焦化爐、玻璃窯等煙氣脫硫。友情提示：該工藝適合煤的硫量在2%以下的工作條件，脫硫效率可以達到90%以上，對于煤的硫量在2%以上的工作條件，要增設爐內脫硫系統。
